Recordings and pictures must be directly E-mailed to the Webmaster as E-mail attachments. If you are unable to do this, you can send them through postal mail, and the webmaster can upload them to the website that way for a nominal fee (ask for prices - usually pictures are about $5 and recordings around $20 - you would also receive the digital copies E-mailed to you). If you include recordings and/or pictures of students, you will be required to submit a release form as well.

Pictures should be in JPEG format (other standard formats may be OK).

Recordings should be MP3 files (some other standard formats might be OK). MIDI files are generally NOT accepted as recordings.
